Terms of Agreement.
When you use our services or website and place an order with us, these Terms and Conditions of Business will constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. It is your responsibility to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Business before using this website. Your use of the gomaps.co.uk website is contingent upon your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and the following Terms and Conditions of Business. - Ownership of digital files and printed materials.
(a) The Materials on the Site are owned by Gomaps and its licensors. They are copyrighted and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws, treaties and conventions. You may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, modify, display, perform, transmit, frame, distribute, resell, commercially exploit or otherwise use the Materials in any manner whatsoever, except as expressly permitted herein, without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder(s). You may not create a hyperlink directly to a page on the Site, other than the default, index or home page found at http://www.gomaps.co.uk without the prior written permission of Gomaps.co.uk
(b) The trademarks and/or service marks of Gomaps and others used on the Site are the property of Gomaps or their respective owners. You may not use any trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Gomaps or the respective owner.

Gomaps graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress Gomaps trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Gomaps, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits Gomaps All other trademarks not owned by Gomaps that appear on this website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Gomaps.
- Production and delivery.
Made within 2-7 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods.
We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address entered at checkout (and stated on your order confirmation). If products are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incomplete/incorrect we shall refund the price of the products minus any delivery charges. We are unable to check the accuracy of delivery addresses entered by you.
You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
We recommend you return the item using Royal mail tracked service with signed confirmation of delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order email us at info@gomaps.co.uk with details of your cancellation. We regret that personalised products cannot be refunded. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us with order details and your name and contact number at:

- Items outside our control:
Minor variations in colour quality or distortions may occur on this map due to the result of the old maps scanning and printing process.
The edges of the map panels can be tricky to match up. For best results Gomaps recommends you use a competent wallpaper hanger. Alternatively please contact Gomaps for a quotation to hang the map.
- Pricing
Product prices listed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only, and do not constitute an offer to sell Products. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in UK Sterling and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, handling, or insurance costs. You accept sole responsibility for the importation of any Products, including required licenses and permits and all associated costs, from the United Kingdom into other jurisdictions.
- Third parties
From time to time this Site may contain references and links to content, products, services or other offerings of third parties (“Third Parties”). Such references and links do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by Gomaps of any such Third Party and in no way should be interpreted as an acceptance of responsibility or liability for Third Parties. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Gomaps shall have no liability of any kind for any content, products, services or other offerings made available by Third Parties.
- Applicable laws
By accessing the Site you agree that the laws of England, without regard to conflicts of law provisions, will apply to all matters arising out of or in connection with Your access and use of the Site. You also agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of England with respect to such matters.
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision is deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions. The parties agree that this agreement and all related documents be written in the English language.
